I started in real estate in 1989. Since then I've been Director of Brokerage for a regional commercial firm, Managing Director of KW Commercial Midwest, Marketing Director for a DFW commercial group, Sales Manager for a residential brokerage on the West Coast, and Chief Operating Officer of a multi-state commercial firm. I've sold through five interest rate cycles. I've coached agents who've outgrown me and gone on to build their own firms. I've been in the rooms where the decisions get made.
